An attempt should always be made to dismount any machine element including bearings, pulleys,couplings and gears without damaging them, especially where the intention is to remount them.Most of the Mechanical Puller available today have serious limitations since the jaws slip, tip of jaws bend/break, threads of spindle gets damaged. The major advantages of these pullers are:

• The two/three jaws slide backward/forward on precision ground Tee section. The jaws are coplanar over the entire width thus ensuring FULL GRIP over the machine element requiring extraction.

• There is a rotating center to reduce damage to shaft. A specially designed Tommy is provided to apply extra torque required to remove jammed pulleys/couplings. A gunmetal ring has also been provided to eliminate damage to spindle.

Bearing Fitting Kit is a simple, convenient, versatile tool to mount small and medium sized bearings without damaging them. The kit comprises of hardened, ground, individually numbered impact rings and sleeves. Each impact ring is as per bearing size. Impact sleeve is common for a group of rings.Use of correct impact ring and sleeve combination, ensures that mounting forces are evenly distributed to both bearing rings, thus avoiding damage and extending operating life of bearings.The entire kit is in a portable steel box and is designed to last for several years. The cost of the kit is recovered in a few months due to increased life of bearings.

We are leading supplier of Constant Level Oiler. In many oil lubricated machines it is essential to maintain a constant level of oil to properly lubricate machine elements in motion. Excessive oil level increases resistance resulting in higher oil temperature.This causes faster ageing and breakage of oil seals, which means frequent oil leakages. Low oil level is a sure recipe for equipment failure.Generally a constant level of oil is required wherever ‘SPLASH’ lubrication technique is employed. In this system of lubrication rotating element causes a ‘splash’ due to its rotation and this splashed lubricant in turn lubricates all other machine elements within the system. Splashing would occur if part of rotating element is in oil and part is above the oil. Rf. Fig.1 The right answer is to install an efficient, reliable constant level oiler. ‘LUBEX’ constant level oil consists of a polycarbonate (PC) dome with suitable aluminium alloy base and elbow to fit your equipment. PC has the advantage of extraordinary impact strength (virtually unbreakable), excellent clarity, and good temperature range (110 ° c). A lock nut facilitates keeping the oiler upright without overtightening elbow.
The PC dome is threaded and can be cleaned periodically if required. The entire design is totally modular, thus any individual component of the oiler can be replaced at any point of time.The working principle of ‘LUBEX’ constant level oiler is extremely simple. As and when oil level falls below level ‘x’ air passage is opened, you will notice bubbling taking place within PC dome.Oil flows from PC dome into the machine causing oil level to rise with in the machine. The moment oil level in the equipment reaches level ‘x’ air passage is blocked bubbling stops and oil from PC dome stops going into the machine. Ref. fig.2 Thus oil in PC dome goes on decreasing, but oil within the machine is maintained at a constant level.Oil can be recharged in PC dome at any point of time by simply unscrewing base and refilling PC dome with an oil can. The product is designed and manufactured to last for several years, an excellent investment for oil lubricated machines requiring a constant level of oil.

Monitoring and Maintaining Oil Level In Gear Boxes is bit of a problem.There are Primarily two methods of inspecting oil level in Gear Boxes.

Dip Stick:

Gear box manufacturers provide a Dip Stick on top of Gear Box. This dip stick has two markings viz. ‘HI’ & ‘LO’.

• When gear box is not running oil level has to be at HI, whenever oil level goes below ‘LO’ oil has to be added. The difficulty is how to know whether oil level has gone below ‘LO’. Stopping the gear box to check oil level is neither convenient nor practical.Gear Boxes are often located at odd locations wherein operators seldom check Oil. In a typical process plant there are dozens of gear boxes, maintaining oil level with Dip Stick technology is a herculean task. There is a definite chance that a few gear boxes are running even below 'LO' oil Level. The cost of breakdowns, replacement of expensive gears and bearings are indeed phenomenal.

Oil Level Window (SIGHT GLASS): A threaded glass based oil level window is fixed in Gear Box.

• The level to be maintained is marked on the glass. These oil windows become blackish over a period of time, making it difficult to visually inspect oil level. There is always a risk that proper oil level is not being maintained. With both these conventional methods there is considerable guess work associated with monitoring of proper oil level in Gear Boxes. Lubex oil level indicators offer a simple, cost effective solution.

The center hole in the jack accommodates the threaded spindle with center that is pressed against the job to be pulled out or pushed.

Drip Oilers provide a convenient and economical method of lubricating bush bearings; machine slides etc.The oiler dispenses oil by gravity from a reservoir through a needle valve with manual shut off.Operator can set drip rate by simply adjusting sensitive needle valve and viewing drip rate in sight glass. Once drip rate has been set, it should be locked.A suitable locking nut is provided for this purpose.On/off is by means of a toggle pin. .Oil reservoir is made of polycarbonate which facilitates easy visual check of oil level. polycarbonate also has the advantage of high impact strength, excellent clarity and good temperature stability. These dripoiler could conveniently replace existing glass type drip oilers which are prone to breakage. .The oiler has a fixed thread size of 1/8" bsp. for anyother thread size a suitable adaptor is provided.

They are made from die punch proocess and are blurr free/flat. Each him is individually numbered for thichness, hence identifying while doing the allignment is accurate and fast.

Shaft Alignment kit is used for the contribution in enhancing life of the coupling, bearing ,seal etc. It consists of a aluminium vee block that can be clamped on the hub of coupling by wing nuts. The kit has two precision spirit level in the vee block to get accurate indexing of 90, 180, 270 and 360 degrees.
